About the Author
Dr. Eugene B. Habecker is the 30th president of Taylor University and chairman of Christianity Today. Previously, Habecker was president of the American Bible Society. He is also the author of several books, two coauthored with his wife, Marylou Habecker. He earned degrees from Taylor University, Ball State University, Temple University, and received his Ph. D. from the University of Michigan. After ten years of experience in university administration, Habecker served as the President and CEO of the American Bible Society in New York City until 2005.
